He started getting involved in football referee at 14 refereeing in the Bournemouth youth league and refereeing for AFC Bournemouth community Trust and Ben played for various teams up u16.
Ben started coaching girls football at Mudeford phoenix and part of AFC Bournemouth next generation coaching programme
